Boho 1990s navy blue floral rayon maxi dress.  Pullover style with contrasting floral print panels that give the skirt a very full sweep.  Material has a gauze like texture and has a bit of give.  Has easily removable shoulder pads.  Tagged a size medium, made by Starlina.  100% rayon with minimal stretch.  Dry clean only.
