About My Items

Are your items authentic vintage?
Yes! Every piece in my store is a genuine one-of-a-kind vintage find. I carefully source and curate items from various eras, so what you see is what you get — no reproductions.

What condition are the items in?
All items are pre-owned and condition is noted in each product listing. I describe any flaws, wear, or imperfections as accurately as possible. Please read the full description and review all photos before purchasing.

Do you restock items?
Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, I don't restock specific items. Once something sells, it's gone! I recommend grabbing what you love when you see it. New arrivals are added regularly, so check back often.

Do you take special requests?
Yes! If you're looking for something specific — a particular era, style, size, or piece — I'd love to help. You can also shop both of my brick-and-mortar stores virtually through private livestreams on the Whatnot app. It's a great way to browse my full in-store inventory in real time and snag something before it hits the website. Reach out through my Contact page to set up a session!

Do you have any physical store locations?
Yes — I have two brick-and-mortar locations where you can shop in person! Asheville, NC: Located inside Sweeten Creek Antiques at 115 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC. Open 7 days a week — please check current hours directly with the mall, as they change seasonally. Marion, NC: 466C East Court Street, Marion, NC. Open Fridays and Saturdays, 11 AM–5 PM, or by appointment.

Sizing & Fit

How does vintage sizing work?
Vintage sizing runs differently from modern sizing — often smaller. I strongly recommend going by the measurements listed in each product description rather than the tagged size. When in doubt, size up. Please note that letter sizing (S, M, L, etc.) is only an approximation — always refer to the actual garment measurements for the most accurate fit. How do I measure myself?
Use a soft measuring tape and measure your chest, waist, and hips. Leave room for a comfortable fit. Compare these to the garment measurements listed in the product description for the best fit. 

Shipping

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Which carriers do you use?
I ship primarily via USPS unless otherwise requested. Economy shipping is sent via Ground services. Standard shipping is sent via Priority. Please note I cannot guarantee shipping times once an item is dropped off with the post office. Transit times can be unpredictable. If you need your order by a certain date, please message me and I can arrange Express shipping for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact me directly if you would like to make an international purchase. Currently, I only offer domestic shipping through my automated checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Just choose the Pickup option at checkout. Local pickup is available on Fridays and Saturdays at the Marion location — 466C East Court Street — between 11 AM and 5 PM. If you need to arrange a pickup outside of those hours or days, please reach out and we can work something out on a case-by-case basis. Items are expected to be picked up within two weeks of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. I encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, reach out before buying!

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I'll work to make it right. If a box or package appears to have been damaged in transit, please provide photos from different angles before opening the package.

Care Instructions

How should I care for vintage garments?
Vintage fabrics can be delicate. Unless you are sure about wash instructions or the durability of a fabric, I recommend hand washing or dry cleaning. Avoid high heat when machine drying. Specific care instructions may be listed in the product description or on the garment's care label.

Cross-Platform Listings

Are your items listed on other platforms?
Yes — my inventory is cross-posted to multiple marketplaces, including Etsy, eBay, Depop, and Poshmark. My best prices will always be here on the website, though. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare event that an item sells on another platform before I can update my Shopify store, I will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
