Funky 1990s polka dot palazzo set.  Blouse is an oversized cut and completely sheer with large, easily removed shoulder pads,  Tops of shoulders have patches with applique and are surrounded by large, dangling beads.  Pants are fully lined with a high waist, elastic across the back with a zipper closure.  Waistline is also beaded.  Tagged an 11/12, made by Erika Ltd.  100% rayon with no stretch.  Hand wash, line dry.
